STRUCTURAL ENGINEER'S REPORT

Since 1977 we have inspected over 7,000 properties across the East Midlands. This bank of experience allows us to check for trends that might suggest a problem with a particular type of building or ground conditions in an area that tend to result in foundation movement.

If you are buying a property and you or your surveyor suspect that a structural problem may exist, or if you simply require advice about a property that you already own, we would be pleased to help. We also inspect and report on suspected problems in connection with insurance claim and legal disputes.

Our reports are clear, easy to understand and make sensible recommendations. We can advise on suitable contractors, arrange for quotations and oversee any remedial works if required.

For commercial properties, the conclusions of our reports are often key factors in determining whether to purchase or lease a building, and may also be of use in assessing likely future maintenance and repair costs.

If trial excavations and/or drains tests are required we are able to arrange these with reliable local contractors. We can also arrange more detailed investigations of underground drainage using CCTV if necessary.
